Administrator/Social Media Assistant

Full time Administrator with strong social media skills required for watches and jewellery wholesaler. 

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth running of the office
Dealing with emails, phonecalls and correspondence
Basic financial administration including invoicing
Maintaining, and ordering office supplies as required
Managing the company's social media platforms and assisting with marketing of the business

Person Specification:

Previous administration experience (advantageous)
Strong IT and social media skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner
Organised, efficient and able to multi task
