On Monday 3rd April, BDO hosted our annual Student and Graduate Career Networking Evening. The evening was attended by over 100 students and recent graduates looking to kick-start their career or think about different career pathways. They were given the opportunity to speed-network with over 40 top professionals from an array of industries, including; Law, Media, Finance and Technology. Companies represented at the event included Apple, Google, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman & Sachs, Fidelity and Dechert LLP.
There was an incredible buzz in the room during the speed-networking. All participants were fully engaged during their five minutes with the professionals, making the most of such a rare opportunity. Elliot, a final year student at the University of Birmingham, explained “The evening has been fantastic. I had the opportunity to sit with really useful contacts from Apple.
